“I wasn't sure where to leave this, but I just wanted to say that the staff here were incredible today-- my nan had a fall in the shop, and everybody was so kind and helpful. A worker called Nigel in particular was very, very sweet + friendly, providing us towels + blankets, helping look out for the ambulance, carrying their things, etc! My nan loves this shop + is alwaaaays in it, so thank you again for being such a good store + helping her today :) x

(The only thing I'd like to add, however, is that when I went to the toilet upstairs, after I came back out I noticed a man in a wheelchair waiting in the middle connecting room, and when I asked if he was okay, he said that there was no access button to get back out! Which seemed extra strange, as it was where the accesible toilet also was! Not sure if this is just a temporary problem or an accidental oversight, but I thought it best to mention it, as I can imagine a lot of people getting stuck there! Thank you again x)”

“Argos at Middle Retail Park in Eastbourne is a really convenient and well-organized store. There’s plenty of parking available, which makes getting in and out easy — especially if you’re picking up larger items.

The self-service kiosks are super handy. You can quickly browse the full catalogue, place your order, and pay using a gift card, cash, or card right at the counter. The whole process is smooth and efficient.

The staff here are especially worth mentioning — very warm, helpful, and ready to assist with any queries. Whether it’s finding an item or sorting out an order, they go out of their way to help.”

“Display banners were good and I spotted the area I wanted easily. Only issue was with the checkout. Only one which was doing returns, exchanges, collections and cash sales. All other stations were card only self service. I had problems with this and had to wait for assistance. I was not on my own in needing help, saw several others who needed help while I was queuing. Ideally I had cash, but decided on a card sale as I would have been waiting for 3 more people who needed the till dealing with cash. Not an ideal situation”

Young man with a beard and dark hair in the men's department upstairs went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shirt for my 1st anniversary with my lady! I returned 3 times because of him as he stopped everything he was doing, to help me find the perfect shirt! He's an Asset to ur company! And the shirt is awesome! Full credit to this young man”
