Macy is the hardest most dedicated worker ive seen in years honestly i would highly recommend going there to see her pearly whites , she definitely needs a pay rise, her energy towards people is outstanding, her personality is bubbly and amazing. Highly recommend this place. 5 stars from me

Eastbourne branch on a quiet Sunday. Staff really quite unenthusiastic and selection of sandwiches very poor. I opted for a goats cheese toastie. This was
Pre packed and placed in an oven/grill for 1m 43 seconds. It seemingly cooked on one side and the centre uncooked. The Bottom was just warmed soggy bread. It tasted incredibly bland. I don?t get the feeling anyone cares here about presentation (the tables outside were filthy). I may as well have given £5 to a homeless person to get something nice elsewhere, the sandwich was dire. Remeber is was Sunday that awful sandwich had a Tuesday label on it. I dread to think how bad that

Shame I can?t give it 5 stars, personally I would but I?ve introduced many people to this lovely cafe, however they have all complained the music is always Too loud! and go back to the other coffee establishment where music is rightfully played as a background.
The service here is friendly and efficient, plenty of comfy seats inside and out on the large terrace, place is kept clean, coffee and food good and reasonable price, there is only one loo for all which is the other gripe from my guests.
Personally I will keep trying to convert them but please please keep the music in the background.
