Had my hair cut Tuesday lovely young girl cut my hair but needs more training I stopped her from hacking my hair even more than she already had and asked her to get someone with more experience she went into the back came back out and said it's the way she blow dried it and continued to try and stick down the short bits with gel l paid and went quickly as I was fighting back tears had to go to another hairdressers and try and get it fixed they thought I had left half way through a cut. I have to grow it now to cover up the 2 inch bits sticking out from the side of my head went for a treat ended up as a nightmare. I wasn?t going to post a public review as I sent a review to the salon which hasn?t been acknowledged!!

Worst customer service! I booked in to have a consultation as hadn't had my hair cut/coloured for years, was asked to take a seat, someone would be with me in a moment, 20 minutes and still sitting there. and just because I was about to leave someone came rushing over, I asked for some advice on my hair as hadn't had hair done in a long time, was told, 'I don't know, bring pictures in yourself" not very helpful as I thought this is what a consultation was, 2 members of staff who dealt with me were quite abrupt, not a smile in sight, felt very awkward. after taking my £30 deposit couldn't be booked until 7 weeks I said no problem give me deposit back as I'm going to a wedding and needed appointment sooner, got booked in, I told them I will have a day off work so I could be booked sooner. 9,am on day of appointment got a call, CANCELLED. Was told the male hairdressers wasnt well, I wasn't told my appointment was with a male, in this day and age you need to let your new clients know if it is a male as a lot of people have past trauma and prefer a female, I was made to feel really uncomfortable, really bad customer service to a new client,

Staff were sweet but unfortunately had a horrible time. Paid £130 for a full head of highlights and a cut. My hair was down to my belly button and i asked for an inch off. She told me she needed to cut more because my hair was so damaged but i did tell her i didn?t want my hair to be short, and said that she can cut a little more than an inch but i still want my hair long. She cut my hair to my shoulders and i went home and cried. This was actually about a year ago but my hair still hasn?t grown past my chest (i am well aware it?s because it?s damaged but that is not what i care about). This completely ruined my self esteem because the stylist went with what she felt was right and ignored what i wanted. Never went back after that understandably.

Always a great experience visiting Coco, friendly, skilful staff that provide a super service. I am delighted how Chloe has changed my long dark brown hair into a wonderful golden blonde style. Chloe?s enthusiasm and dedication inspire confidence. Her happy disposition is relaxing, and contagious.

I?ve been trying to grow my fringe out for a while and had got to the point of being really fed up of not being able to wear my hair down. I went to see Callum and I?ve never felt so at ease with a hairdresser! He was amazing and really easy to talk to. I didn?t really know what I wanted but just knew I wanted to be able to wear it down again and make my partly grown out fringe sit nicely as well as correcting my highlights that had grown out for a year! He?s left me with an amazing colour and cut and I couldn?t be happier. He spent loads of time with me making sure I was happy with it and I can?t thank him enough. Thank you so much Callum!!!

Relaxing atmosphere by the harbour.There is lift upto the floor you need but there are steps which are quite steep.

My first time here and so I was a bit apprehensive but Erin was lovely. My hair is thick and curly and difficult to cut but she made a really good job of it and I've already booked my next appointment.
