Worst customer service! I booked in to have a consultation as hadn't had my hair cut/coloured for years, was asked to take a seat, someone would be with me in a moment, 20 minutes and still sitting there. and just because I was about to leave someone came rushing over, I asked for some advice on my hair as hadn't had... read full comment
