Had a very pleasant shopping experience here last weekend, the whole place was spotless and well faced up. The staff all seemed happy and friendly which means a lot nowadays. I purchased a substantial amount accordingly and was served by Bailey on the tills, who provided genuine and excellent customer service. I will go out of my way from the other side of town to visit this store in future

Friendly staff I commented on the extortionate price for coffee and was told its a normal price £11 not seen this in another store? Then was told that it was cheaper than my cigarettes rude women it's my business if I want cigarette but some people can't get to bigger stores so have to pay ridiculous prices think it should be against the law to make money from people that can afford essential won't be using again

Staff are very friendly,helpful and informative.Good selection of food,magazines, newspapers, greetings cards,drinks, plus usual everyday items such as bread,milk & sugar.10/10.Good shop great staff... ?

Many of the items in this store are SO overpriced, even when compared with other local Co-op stores, but especially when compared with similar stores such as Tesco Express.

Would be so much better without the ancient unused sanitiser.There is a non used plastic sanitiser bottle chained to a metal platform. It is rusted, stained and unwashed. Fortunately there is a working sanitiser station alongside which is a bit better.The cakes and pastry section leaves a lot to be desired, but apart from that, it is fine as a handy local coop. And so much better than the other supermarket local outlet nearby.Please kindly remove the rusty bottle, and shabby area around it.

Friendly staff, the store needs to work on its recycling policies. Using a whole roll of cling film to wrap around a crate in order to the throw in empty boxes for recycling is insane. Staff couldn't justify it when asked.

Another bad review, after realising I owe it to other people to explain and share my experience. The guard who asked for my ID was so patronising. Looked at my ID and went "Hmph.." in a disrespectful tone after looking at me and back to my ID. He then asks why my friend didn't have a receipt for the Tesco cheese balls we bought down the road, which is fine. But then he asked how he knows we didn't steal them from the Co-op, which showed how terribly rude he was, along with the fact they clearly say "TESCO CHEESE BALLS", and it isn't sold at the co-op. Incredibly rude guard, never had this bad service before.
