Very confusing finding exit, escalators were out of action, finding the lighting in main hall too bright and in the actual cinema it was much too loud. The film, Wicked Little Letters,was excellent though.

It's great that you can book your seat online. This saves the horrendous queues if you haven't pre booked.Snacks were expensive.Seats are comfy with great leg room.

Went on a Wednesday and discovered that Mon to Wed its only £5.99 for an adult ticket, nice surprise! Food and drinks are extortionate prices, take your own as you don't get searched. Staff were friendly enough and if you're anxious you can use the self service machines to but tickets.

The foyer is an over brightly lit nightmare. Don't go in until the movie starts because the first 30 minutes are ear splittingly loud ads and trailers suitable for the profoundly deaf.

I am a Cineworld Unlimited customer- Eastbourne Central (The Beacon)I am so disappointed that my cinema doesn't show most of the Bollywood, especially Hindi language movies.In fact last 3 years Eastbourne and the surrounding area hired over 300 Indian Nurses and over 700 carer workers and top of it we havent count doctors or IT. Unfortunately, Cineworld didn't notice it and they are showing only big banner movies which i think is very unfair towards Asian loyal Cineworld customers.Few of us talk/ email management over the years but no luck!We are not asking for all Bollywood films or show on peak days but at least 2/3 shows in the week?I hope I can see more Hindi films in Cineworld and i will be continue loyal Cineworld unlimited customer.

staff was rude and so was the manager. the cinema stunk and was unhygienic. will not be returning back there as was made to feel very uncomfortable by how the members of staff spoke to me. there was black bits in my slush puppie when i had just bought it and the people on the till served my popcorn with their bare hands with long dirty finger nails. would not recommend as made me feel physically sick ?

If I could give this cinema a minus rating, I would. It used to be one of my favourite places in Eastbourne until another person ruined it. The supervisor wouldn't do anything because, using his words, "the other person is a regular." I will never go back, even if I was paid to

I have been here many times but tonight felt unjust so your getting a bad review.They swapped our screen, leaving me in the seats of another party with out telling us we'll now I'm home I looked at the email 45mins before the screening we got informed that they swapped our seats.I was already in the taxi getting to the cinema with my phone well and truly off.Then the other party turned up stating those dreaded words 'you are in our seats' .But this occasion we were both right. I hope that they rectify this and maybe call or give better communication on the till..The slushy was what went in favour for you tonight.
