Came in here for Macchiato and a slice of their Cappuccino cake. I do recommend! Very polite staff, nice ambiance in the store, particularly liked the playing of classical music.

Hi, I took my friend from London for a coffee. The service and smiles we had from a beautiful young lady called Yzabella was just so refreshing and heartwarming. I was so proud to show off Eastbourne and this young lady topped it all off..Thankyou so much..We will be back soon Ysabella x

Originally gave five stars because I received nice food and service by a young man and girl. However, I had to change my rating today (Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 3:30 pm) after witnessing a different staff's shocking behavior. A girl wearing glasses, working on the right side (closer to the larger dining area), kept sneezing into her hands and did not wash them afterward, continuing to touch food and her nose. It is very disgusting!

Been going to this place for years (because affording a property is far too expensive now so it?s cheaper to loiter there) and it?s simply outstanding every time. Big ting Joe has it running like clockwork. Some amazing new staff members, one of which enticed me into getting a Brazilian, couldn?t say no! Could definitely use an awning as I?m not a fan of sitting outside in the rain, but other than that, it?s immense!
