After ordering some paint online with a next day delivery I was disappointed to get a confirmation advising delivery was 2-3 days, but next day I was very happy to find a chap from the Eastbourne branch had driven over with the paint! Brilliant service and the paint is good too!!

Always a pleasant experience. The team are very helpful. I'd visited to collect an item I'd ordered yesterday. Whilst there enjoyed a coffee and cake in the cafe as well.
I much prefer going to Brewers for my decorating needs, the Albany paint is very easy to use and can be colour tinted.

A deeply disappointed in their customer service skills or perhaps their willingness to engage and help a customer who simply needed a bit of advice ?
On the first visit one of the ladies looked almost annoyed when approached with a question?. Luckily a younger colleague was very knowledgeable and happy to assist- gave us few ideas and solutions which we then took back to think it through?
Came back few days later to be greeted by a male assistant who was not willing to help and very dismissive- quickly called a senior to take over .. went chose the paint / colour and approached the desk to hear ?they are back ?and to be reminded constantly that the paint we?ve chosen was expensive ( well I think customers walking through your door would have that very basic knowledge that you are not the cheap stake ! And purposely choose quality products for their projects accounting for the price!)
Sadly not many alternatives in Eastbourne when looking for a quality paints so will have to put up with this sort of arrogance until the project is finished
I hope a manager reads that and put things right!

Lovely coffee shop , with a good selection of Dairy free & GF cakes.
The store is well laid out, and the staff are knowledgeable ,with various samplers available

Had exactly what I needed. Parking is rather sparse and difficult, especially as the coffee shop is open people in there for longer than just getting paint etc.
