I popped in this morning as I thought I had the beginning of conjunctivitis. The lady at the counter listened to me describe the problem. She then consulted the pharmacist who agreed it was dry/ irritated eyes rather than conjunctivitis. Happy to say , 5 hrs later using their tired/ irritated eye drops, my eyes are no longer itchy, red and irritated.Thank you ladies.

Appalling.When is it approved practice to openly mock a disabled person?Also being moved over to 3 different tills just for fun?No the store was not busy!Not impressed with the pharmacist sniggering in thecorner like a 13 year old child!Being mocked for using a rollator or being non binary.Hardly professional is it.Less than impressed do better

I cannot fault all the staff at boots langney shopping centre they go above and beyond,i have lung cancer and was running out of drains to drain my lings every 3 days, they ordered in advance of my prescription to make sure i had the drains, fantastic service thankyou boots.

Be aware this boots branch closes 1-2pm for lunch so if your only opportunity to collect medication is between those hours save yourself a wasted journey and go to the Crumbles Boots..

Absolutely appalling, staff are rude, have been in many times, everytime i have pateintly waited, and am never acknowledged. The queuing system doesn't make any sense. For such a small pharmacy the staff seem to not realise customers are awaiting to be served. Very bad practise andMoral very poor.
