Thank to the wonderful Emma at the Eastbourne branch in the beacon .. you really made everything better from helping with my glasses. You realised the problem straight away and was fantastic xx glasses returned today and all correct thank you emma for the help in correcting them .. you are a real credit to boots and thanks to steve too for the first visit

The female. Technician preparing me for the optician was excellent.Shamira,the optician I have great respect for because of her treatment with my wife.i have received that same level of excellence.A very good team is at work in this centre in my view.

The optician and assistant were excellent. However the system that they had to use for working out how much I should pay was very difficult for them to use and took some time to figure out. This happened the previous time which was 3 years ago so maybe Boots could update and improve their computer charging system.

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff from start to finish. Everything was accessible, straightforward and easy. The eye examination was painless and thorough and all questions answered. This was my first time having my eyes checked. All in all a pleasant experience and I would happily recommend Boots Opticians Eastbourne.
