Good products, when they are in stock, a lot of items tend not to be in stock for delivery, but when you go into the warehouse, the items which they said were out of stock are plentiful in the warehouse. They only email you the morning of the delivery to state which items wont be coming in the delivery. I think they need to stop running this place like a supermarket and instead, more like a wholesaler.

Lovely helpful staff every one of them the butchers all three of them go far and beyond to help me out and so do the ones on the tills they all could do with some new people to help them out though all the years I've been going all the staff are always working hard in there , as for the lovely warm friendly Kim well she never stops just love them all in there ?

The store manager is clueless of how to run things and how to manage the store and staff. Most of the other managers including the delivery section has left because of Gareth, this branch of Bookers is the worst i have ever seen always low on stock low on staff usually theres only 1 at the checkout even on Fridays the busiest day. Gareth seems to think that he is a teenager always in his office with his crush Candy i do not know what are they doing as they spend most of their time at the office upstairs. This store needs the old managers back or someone professional to run it.Horrible place

Very unreliable, the management there dont see as far as their nose, very poor, they do not know what they are doing half the time, the staff work hard and friendly unlike the management, Negative vibes everywhere, Very dull atmosphere at this place, very miserable store manager that does not really care as much as the previous managers, over the years i have been coming here this bookers is going downhill getting worse and worse with this management. Please Please change it.

Awful selection. It it like the forgotten bookers! Only has the very basics and you have to search for every item. For example the Doritos dips were next to the pickled onion crisps and no where near doritos or their own brand nachos. Worse cash and carry ever!! Cant seem to ever find anyone for the tobbacco area so never can get any. And never have stock of water. And stock they do have is lacking variety. Brighton Bookers is much better but adds another 45 mins each way to the journey. Very disappointed and makes running a business much harder. Like we all need extra stress these days! Going to check out the cash and carry in Newhaven as it is so bad.

Usual wholesale facility, large range of catering products although continuity and product availability has always been a challenge. Friendly staff and good management.
