My experience in store was very good - not pushy and let me try multiple matresses until I was ready to buy - even upsold me to two memory foam pillows I wasn't planning on buying. They talked me through the finance process and all seemed good. Delivery date was a month later, just after I moved into my new place - perfect!I received several reminders that my balance must be paid before delivery. All good, I thought, as I've paid via finance. Delivery date comes and goes, with no delivery.I call customer services, who say there is an outstanding balance, and when I quote them my finance number they say that my order hasn't got a finance assigned to it. They also can't assign it, it has to be done at store level.So I call the store, who apologise that they didn't assign the finance - they just missed that part - and they'll assign it for me now. Slightly annoying, but these things happen. They then call me back and say the nearest delivery slot is 25th September - almost a month later. Much more frustrating but we can't work miracles and other people have deliveries booked - I'm not more important than them, but I would like some compensation due to not having a mattress for a month. The sales consultant agrees to call me back with an answer.2 weeks of looking at an empty bedframe later, I've heard nothing. I call the store and a different consultant looks into my situation and can't find any information. To their credit, they look into it and call me back later saying that the OG consultant will speak to me tomorrow, and they've sent an email to see what's what.OG consultant does call me back the next day, they apologise profusely for not getting back to me - again, these things happen, but my understanding is starting to wear thin. I ask them 'so where are we at?''We can't get delivery sooner than 25th Sept.''Yes, I know, I understand that, what about compensation for the month that I don't have a mattress?''Oh, we can't do that in store, you have to speak to customer services.''Ah. Why did it take 2 weeks for you to tell me that?''I forgot'Righteo, making yet another call myself to resolve this, the customer service agent offered me my delivery fee back, which seemed reasonable, and then had to get their supervisor to issue any further reduction. After being on hold, the supervisor offered a further £11 as a goodwill gesture. I think I've probably spent more than that on phone bills to this company! Alas, I am informed that this won't increase no matter who I speak to.I am still without my mattress that I do still need, and now get to consider what I'll do with my £11 to make up for a month of not sleeping on my bed. I would hope for a further escalation, but I was assured this will not increase. I tell this tale to warn you, dear reader, that you should give an extra month for delivery, and know that £11 will buy you 1.5% of a Bensons for Beds mattress.

The delivery was a shambles, didn't drop all the boxes and had to return a second time, please train your delivery staff to look at their delivery notes to see how many items they are supposed to deliver, not very happy with the delivery, but happy with the bed!!!
