Barley Sugar is an artisan delicatessen and restaurant in Eastbourne East Sussex offering a refreshing approach to stylish eating and living. Our deli specialises in artisan cheeses and boutique wines, but also stocks a wide range of delicious deli products to keep most foodies in their element. We also have an adjoining all day restaurant serving breakfast, brunch & lunch. Our kitchen menus always try to be as seasonal as possible and our short concise menu shows our commitment to the freshest ingredients, using local products wherever we can. We also specialise in some fantastic vegan, vegetarian & gluten free dishes.We always advise booking your table well in advance as being small and intimate, we are usually very busy.
