Takeaway fish & chips with sit-in possibility (quite nice for a takeaway! Even with an aquarium). Great fish and batter and excellent fish! Only downside is that tartar sauce is not homemade but from Heinz. Nice family business.

What a delightful family business! The service was exceptional, and the owner was incredibly friendly and polite. We enjoyed a pleasant chat while waiting for our order. The fish was cooked to perfection, big portions, and our special requests for no salt on the children's chips and just a little on the adults' portion were met flawlessly. We were even treated to complimentary cans of drinks and extra tartare sauce. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Mariusz and Marika

The best FISH&CHIPS in Eastbourne.I've tried loads and these guys win hands down.Ive used them for 3 years never had a bad portion yet.Batter is cooked to perfection and proper proper chips as well.In paper too which I like!Service is good and good prices too!!Parking ok u can always nick a space out front or close by.I highly recommend and I've got standards when it comes to takeaways.These guys have nailed it.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps should be accessible and ok for wheelchair users

Been going to the Bamboo Garden for many years, always excellent food, never had a bad meal, very accommodating ie if you're taking food to eat on the beach, very friendly.
