So I asked my wife to pick up a cooker bayonet adapter at B&Q Eastbourne,
My wife asked the first person she saw who replied ? I don?t know what that is you need to ask someone else and she pointed my wife to a male employee who then took my wife to the roofing isle and said if we have it, it?s going to be in this isle.
Even my wife knows the average person doesn?t cook on the roof!!!
What?s the point in working at a diy shop if they don?t have some sort of knowledge I guess these two individuals missed training day.
McDonald?s are always hiring ?Just saying ???

I approached a member of staff as I couldn't find what I was looking for. Her knowledge of stock was excellent, she kindly guided me in the right direction. I asked her her name ( Christine). Thank you Chirstine, we need more considerate, helpful people like you.

I honestly didn?t even want to give one star for my experience at B&Q Eastbourne. It was that bad.
I was being charged more than the clearly advertised price for an item. When I questioned it, the staff member didn?t make any effort to help. Instead, she told me to go back and check the item myself?not once, but twice. She never bothered to verify it herself, even though it was their mistake.
What made it even more upsetting was seeing another customer?who was not of the same background as me?being treated very nicely and professionally by another staff member for a similar issue. The difference in how I was treated made me feel like I was being discriminated against. I can?t help but feel that racism may have been a factor.
No one should feel this way while shopping. The service was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. B&Q needs to seriously look into how some of their staff treat customers and address any discriminatory behavior. I left feeling disrespected and humiliated. I will not be returning.

We had a great appointment with Simone helping us design both a kitchen and bathroom. The VR room displays really helped us to visualise our ideas. Simone was incredibly patient and made us feel very welcomed. No question was too big of an ask! Thank you for all your help! :)

I?m a tradesman, parked up outside next to bulk materials as I have done hundreds of times grabbed one 25kg bag and took it to the till, asked for 20 of them, the store worker responded with I have to bring them all inside so they can scan them all?? That?s half a tonne in a trolley manoeuvering the maze that is the one way system to the tills to then take them all the way back to where I picked them from. Left the store and went to wicks instead.
