“Problem getting a large transfer made in sad circumstances. Nikki, the customer service lady at Eastbourne branch went over and beyond helping to get the transfer sorted and then when the fraud department stopped the payment, ringing them and helping to get the payment made and the account unfrozen. Nikki was very compassionate, helpful, friendly and approachable.”
“Absolutely brilliant night tonight watching Abba. Food was excellent, entertainment very good and service was spot on. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to revisit.”

“I went to Asda in Eastbourne today to get a few bits for Christmas. I don’t usually do the shopping my wife does it. I asked a girl working there to help me find a few bits, she was so helpful, I asked her name it was Elysia . Nothing was too much trouble for her in helping me find the things I wanted. Thank you Elysia for making the dreaded Christmas shop a little easier .”

“I popped in here to review my dormant account and ask how to pay money into it. The amusing TV adverts worked! I was greeted warmly and promptly, the staff are all friendly and attentive. The building is spacious and inviting, clean and the staff all immaculately turned out. I don't live in Eastbourne and live 40 minutes away so haven't kept up with the amazing transformation of this branch. Ironically, I overheard a young couple looking across through the window say "oh the Nationwide is now a cafe". I couldn't resist putting them right in case they missed out!
I will definitely be 're-igniting' my account and recommend.”

“Went into the the bank this morning with my daughter to get her set up with online banking my daughter has autism and learning difficulties and it took quite a while. The lady in the bank zara was absolutely amazing with her helped her with all of it. A credit to the company”

“Usually full at all times, rare to not be able to withdraw cash, if you can't its usually because of the company is awaiting a cash delivery to fill the machine. Please note, sainsburys have no control over the atm, any problems you might have, for example; card being 'swallowed up' you will need to contact your bank. Otherwise generally a good machine, does not give out £5 notes though.”

“well although it was not mcolls fault i could not put money on my electicity as there was no bar code so i came home phoned the company and they sent me some thing to my phone to show to make a payment and whilst at home the police rang they had reported me to them, apparently the man whoever he is as the same name as me however he is 40 im 76 ,so i went back to mcolls and i could not go in as deliverys are being made so i have to go back a 3rd time and im knackered .”
