Good location for walks, dog friendly. Advisable to book a table. Rooms comfortable with continental breakfast. Meals fantastic. Definitely need a car for attractions. ??

I have been to the Blackboys Inn a few times now and have been very impressed every time. The staff are really friendly and the food is clearly cooked with passion. Highly recommend!

For a trip to Glyndebourne, The Blackboys Inn is perfect.
Great rooms, which consist of downstairs comfy lounge and upstairs mezzanine bedroom.

Really liked this well run traditional coaching inn pub with great food and beers. Plenty of outside tables on a nice day.

I had a lovely burrata starter, followed by a salmon fillet that had soggy skin and just soya sauce on it. Salmon was £22 and i could have cooked it better at home. Order a drink at my table, i was then told 30mins later i need to order it at the bar, by which that time i had finished my food.

Very pretty pub with lots of character, lovely gardens & fab location. Service was great, very friendly. Food was nice, I enjoyed mine, my other half who?s a chef wasn?t as impressed.

My partner and I stayed last night at The Blackboys Inn in room Olympia.
Such a beautiful room with all the amenities.
Had a lovely delicious meal in the restaurant.
My partner loved the Harvey?s beers .

Lovely country side atmosphere and very welcoming and attentive staff. One of the best burgers you can find, but you have a wide variety of classic countryside options for vegetarians too.
