We recently held our mother?s wake in the small private bar at the back and the experience and staff were all amazing. They were so attentive, picnic board platters were just right, even the fire was lit for us when we arrived. Couldn?t recommend highly enough. Thank you to the whole team

Although my group mostly enjoyed out visit, one dish was very disappointing. I had the fish stew, which turned out to be a plate of new potatoes, a few bits of seafood and a little liquid.

This was our second visit and being unfamiliar with the area we managed to go to the wrong place! The Bull were very kind in keeping our table for Sunday lunch even though they were very busy. We were given a warm welcome and had a lovely roast beef lunch. Service was also excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a delicious Sunday roast to celebrate Mothers Day and the service was really warm and friendlyParking: Parking in the pub car park was easy and there is also free parking nearby at the village hall

Booked with a friend for a Sunday roast, and was not disappointed! We both went for roast beef, which was unbelievably tasty - plenty of veg and roasties, we got cauli cheese and pigs in blankets as additional and I?ve never had better. Service was quick and friendly, attention to detail was up there. Very impressed and can?t wait to go back.

Roast potato?s felt hard and not fully cooked. Compounded by lack of gravy to hide this.Atmosphere was lovely.

Sorry to say it was a bit disappointing,The replacement on the kids menu could have been better described, as the ?will eat/won?t eat? knife edge balance of children is tricky and if something unexpected arrives, as it did today, it can be a problem. Two meals were sent back and the replacements weren?t much better.In contrast the staff were polite and helpful managing a very busy weekend lunch crowd.

I had a lovely big birthday lunch with all my family at The Bull. We had our own cosy area by a big fire place, the best food and service. Also a play area in the garden for the kids. Lots of choice including all the pub classics so everyone happy. Highly recommend. Thank you to everyone at the Bull for making it so special.
