We recently held our mother’s wake in the small private bar at the back and the experience and staff were all amazing. They were so attentive, picnic board platters were just right, even the fire was lit for us when we arrived. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you to the whole team

Although my group mostly enjoyed out visit, one dish was very disappointing. I had the fish stew, which turned out to be a plate of new potatoes, a few bits of seafood and a little liquid.

This was our second visit and being unfamiliar with the area we managed to go to the wrong place! The Bull were very kind in keeping our table for Sunday lunch even though they were very busy. We were given a warm welcome and had a lovely roast beef lunch. Service was also excellent. Thoroughly recommended.
