We recently hosted our Goldmine Business Event at Mid Sussex Golf Club and we can?t thank Lee, Mike, Emre and the whole team enough. The venue itself is incredible with stunning views across the course from the breakfast room we were setup in. The team were friendly and attentive and had all tables and refreshments set up for us prior to our arrival (which was early!). The space works well for any type of event and the lunch was absolutely delicious with a selection of chicken and vegetable curry, popadoms and chutney and they can cater for all dietary requirements. There were many compliments to the chef! We will definitely be back for our next event in a couple of months. Highly recommend for venue hire, or even for a spot of lunch - you?ll be well looked after!

I first joined MSGC in 2011. I have found very little in that time to complain about. It's a very friendly golf club and I have made many friends there. The management run the club very well, and are always available and ready to answer questions and offer advice. Many improvements have been made to the clubhouse, and more especially to the course.I have had many lessons with Lee and Alastair, and their professionalism and encouragement have helped me enormously. The bar staff are polite and helpful. All the above makes being a member of MSGC a pleasure.

Only used the clubhouse for business meetings, nice clean facilities. They also do a fantastic buffet style breakfast. If the facilities and the food are anything to go by, I?m sure they have a lovely course.

I have been a member at Mid Sussex since the club opened in 1995. I have seen the course looking in better condition and it is a real pleasure to play it. We have some of the best greens in Sussex and the fairways are now equally well maintained and presented. We are blessed with an excellent management team and first class coaches who have helped my game immeasurably over the years. We also have a strong and active Seniord section and it is really enjoyable playing in inter club matches.I don?t think any other local Club can compare to ours.

I've been a member for several years now and this course just keeps on giving. Across the board, the ground staff, golf Pro's, restaurant and half-way hut staff are all so friendly and professional.

I joined Mid Sussex Golf Club last year and I have to say the team are great. Given the winter we have had, the green keepers have done am amazing job and every week they are fixing, improving and upgrading the course. A great place to play golf.

I joined Mid Sussex Golf Club in February 2023. Having looked at a number of local options, my desirable criteria was a a club that had friendly and supportive staff, a scenic course that is well maintained and a welcoming membership with plenty of formal and informal opportunities to play golf and improve my handicap. Mid Sussex Golf Club ticked all the boxes and having now been a member for over a year, I have to say that I definitely made the right choice.I have played competitions with the Mens and Senior sections, all of which have been well organised and well attended. I also take part in the two weekly ?Roll up?s? organised by the senior section, where playing partners are drawn at random, offering members the opportunity play with a variety of fellow golfers and meet new people.Everyone I have met at Mid Sussex has been so welcoming and friendly, whether it be bar/restaurant staff, teaching professionals, course grounds staff or fellow members. The facilities are also excellent, and the course itself is in fantastic condition, which considering we are just coming into the spring is amazing , such a great achievement by the Grounds staff.Mid Sussex is also fortunate to have 5 x excellent teaching professionals, having had a number of lessons with Mark Fairhall (Head PGA professional) my handicap is on the way down and I have even managed to win a couple of competitions in my first year !Even though I will soon be moving out of the local area I will be staying with Mid Sussex, as in my opinion it is one of the best golf clubs in Sussex and by far, the best one for me.I would highly recommend Mid Sussex Golf to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming club with great facilities.

Why do you not enlarge the pond half way across the 9th fairway making a much nicer feature, and help the drainage problem. It only needs to be a shallow excavation winners all round. Nick Smith.
