Superb service from the team at Crowborough TP. Martin, Byron, Kamil, Emma and the others always go the extra mile to try and help as much as they can.
Emma delivered a large order to us and her skill with the HIAB was the best out of all of the deliveries we have received and she was by far the most helpful in getting materials placed on site where we wanted / needed them.

Byron Thomas Assistant Branch Manager is the most helpful person ever.
He remembers everyone?s name and goes above and beyond to help people.
From the start when you pull up at this branch, they are always helpful. As a team. You get the feeling they know you?ve got to get to work and do everything to get you loaded and on your way. 10/10 for service.

Use Travis for building bits, as a Diyer they are great as can by small quantities with no issue. The chaps down at Crowborough are always helpful and really friendly. Never a problem helping me load bits in van ??

Maybe it's the heat, but I find the staff increasingly surly and uninterested. Only the woman is any good - the men would rather you didn't come to the shop thanks.
