They have everything you would need from a DIY hardware. If not they will try get it from another branch for you.

Literally has everything - whatever obscure things we end up needing for DIY they always seem to have it in stock! Saved us many a trip to larger chains with less selection.

Just been to this amazing Aladdin?s Cave of a hardware shop! This lovely local shop sells EVERYTHING, I always try & use them if I can rather than going to the out-of-town superstores. Just bought a big bag of rock salt following the heavy snowfall at the weekend & fabulous Tom carried it all the way back to my car! Now that?s what I call service!! If I could give this shop 6 stars I would! ??

We bought a Minky ironing board from them in December 2021. The welding on the legs broke in July 2022. We took it to the shop and were told that they wouldn't replace and we should contact Minky. Poor customer service. We will never buy from them again.

What a fabulous shop to have in Crowborough, everything neatly stacked on shelves, I could have spent hours in there and very helpful friendly man in there. It's worth a visit. All DIY and household needs in one shop...
