I understand the doctors and receptionists are incredibly busy and short staffed and I really feel for them as it must be a constant source of frustration. It is incredibly difficult for me to call at 8am in the morning as I have to drive to take my children to school. When I explained this and the reason I needed an appointment the receptionist was very kind and empathetic and managed to get an urgent appointment for my teenage daughter the same afternoon. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

Given all the constraints placed on health service providers by a serially incompetent government, I cannot fault the service provided by this excellent practice. The medical staff are truly superb and the reception staff highly efficient

All staff at the surgery are polite, efficient and offer a 5 star service. In 3 years of weekly contact I?ve never once experienced anything other than excellence.

Disappointed in the surgery l called this morning 29 minutes the call cut off tride to call again 28 minutes wait finally phone spoke told no more spaces my asthma and urine pain not feeling good call 111 not impressed has the doctors been taken over

How sad that such a lovely village with such a great community is so poorly served and let down so badly by the Surgery. Introducing a more efficient appointment system is long overdue. The reception staff at this practice need training in public relations and common courtesy. They also need to learn to tell the time and get back from lunch breaks in time to turn their answerphone off!!! If you are there in person, do not expect anyone to acknowledge you or smile, they probably won't even get out of their chair! Who interviews these people?

I?m surprised that there are not more positive reviews of this surgery as my experience has always been excellent. Helpful, friendly team with Drs who take time to find out what?s going on. Highly recommended.

This surgery has an EXTREMELY restrictive method of booking appointments; you have to phone at 8am for an appointment that day, or expect to wait 2 weeks for one. When at work having to phone at 8am is not convenient. The reception staff (except for 1 chap), are rather abrupt and unhelpful, although the doctors seem fine and the dispensing nurse very nice.
