Very bad service and unprofessional behaviour! The lady lied to me that they do Biab gel and changed me for but basically she just put few layers of colour. Absolutely pathetic! Do not go there if you don't want to ruin your nails and be lied!

Wedding nails!! ??I would 100% recommend luxe! Not only did I get beautiful wedding nails, they closed so that it was exclusively my wedding party and I. They got us sashes, Prosecco and some lovely macaroons. They definitely went above and beyond and the girls were all really happy with they nails. Such a beautifully organised space, everyone is so friendly and they genuinely take interest in each client. Really accommodating and helpful, and their cleanliness is superior. I don?t know if I?ll ever trust anyone else with my nails?.Run, don?t walk!!

I came here after having such a hard time with my nails, with some really bad experiences with other salons. I explained I needed something really gentle on my nails as they are so thin. They took time to explain various options and guaranteed their shellac would stay put for at least 3 weeks.. it?s been a week and it?s still perfect (which is basically unheard of on my nails) they went through each step with me and explained what they are doing and why. Using only the most gentle drills where necessary. I will keep coming back even though I?m from London, best nail bar yet!Services: Dip powder

If you're thinking about going to Luxe Nail Bar, don't think just go! I have been a regular client of Sam & Evelyn's for around 4/5 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else, so much so that I have followed them to their new salon which is over an hour away to where they used to be. THE BESTI have worked in the beauty industry my self for all of my Career, so I like to think I know a good salon when Iv been to one!And honestly when I say it?s the best service of any salon let alone nail salon, I have ever been to. Believe me.I have changed nail salons so many times since moving to this area, I never settled at one.I know that I am picky not only with my nails but the service, and at luxe nail bar strait away I was welcomed in- on the second visit they had remembered my name, (very luxury and always a sign of good service) always making me feel welcome with a great chat and asking me little questions about my week remembering small details.So with the service being so good it?s no surprise that my nails are always on point!Nothing is ever too much or too little.
