I went here for the first time with my nan, who hasn't had her nails done before. I explained I needed the technician to be gentle and they were, doing a lovely job with both her and my nails. Prices were reasonable and we were only there for just over an hour, with my set including nail art.

Great service and lovely people. If you make an appointment you actually get an appointment! This had started to not be the case where I had been going. When on a tight schedule you need to know what you book is what you get???

Last minute appointment to make me feel human again after my hip replacement. The lady was very accommodating and worked around me and I'm over the moon with my nails..fingers and toes. Yes I definitely feel human again. Thank you Gem's nails. Highly recommend them. ?
