“I understand the doctors and receptionists are incredibly busy and short staffed and I really feel for them as it must be a constant source of frustration. It is incredibly difficult for me to call at 8am in the morning as I have to drive to take my children to school. When I explained this and the reason I needed an appointment the receptionist was very kind and empathetic and managed to get an urgent appointment for my teenage daughter the same afternoon. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.”
“I have been with the practice a year and cannot fault them. Always seen in a timely manner. All staff members I have met have been helpful and efficient. The econsult system is a great addition to general practice - quick follow ups and frees up the phones for people who actually need appointments on the day. There is constant bad press around primary care settings adding unnecessary pressures but this is the best GP practice I have ever had. Thank you!”
