Superb friendly service. One of the best managed Costa's I've been to. If they're busy, they always try to serve as quickly as possible and apologise for the wait.
The staff genuinely seem interested in their customers. A well run branch that a few of the others could learn a lot from!

Costa Coffee Crowborough Sussex. Right in the middle of the High Street. Staff always attentive and accomodating. Relax in the window seating and watch the world go by.

The Costa workers deserve a raise. I visited yesterday and they were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have an excellent rapport with customers. You could not have hired anybody better. Amazing staff that made my experience (and coffee) that much better. 5 starts just for them!

Staff were superb. I had a nice simple order, but they made me feel very welcome.
Parking: Parking is down a side street, while accessible, it's not the easiest to get to the store from.

I'm not a massive fan of Costa in general. but baristas can make great coffee. Good place to get a coffee and to open your laptop to catch up on work.
