Not worth going there, got refused service, worker kept saying I turn 18 in a few months. Thank you for telling me when my birthday is, think I already know, worker was rude, will not be buying anything from there again. P.S if u work at a place where u might be required to ID someone you should probably know MATHS! Utter idiot.

lovely. relatively 'new' owners are fab. they are on the ball and welcoming and smiley (A smile goes a long way in my book) - it is a proper pub so there will be men propping up the bar (hurrah) and it is very much 'take us as you find us' but for me that beats all the sterile pubs that are around these days. gorgeous inglenook fireplace, dogs and cats welcome, good proper pub food and tasty too. If you want a decent filling meal on a cold day with a pretty atmosphere of a snuggly pub then you cannot choose better. We had a wake here and the buffet was HUGE - so much food and the staff were perfect. There were a LOT of us and the locals welcomed us with open arms and even helped one of our older relatives with his car! GOOD pub. Well done.

So lucky to get a table here for my 80th - my fav. pub. Service was good, the staff their usual friendly selves & all the food was great (& hot!) Happy memories! Oh, & the booze was good too ! Many thanks to the hard workers at The Boars Head

Fantastic Sunday Roast, lovely open fire. Staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, very attentive wonderful atmosphere. Great value.

Located on the A26 just outside Crowborough towards Tunbridge Wells. Boar's head Inn is one of the outstanding Pubs in the area with a very nice ambient, friendly, and efficent staff. The place have many tables,and chairs inside as well as a very large garden area to be ysed during summer days. The food was of an excellent quality with a varity of choices. Boar's head is a good value for money.

Wow what a truly wonderful place, from the time we stepped through the door until we left we were treated like stars. Perfect seating for a family meal, and oh my what a meal, everyone on the table couldn't stop saying how amazing all the dishes were. I had macaroni cheese and salad, definitely the best mac n cheese i have eaten. But i did also like the look of the burgers the pies and the fish and chips. Perfect place.

A delightful stop over. A good selection of wines and beers. Excellent evening meal. Friendly locals and bar staff. Good hardstanding fornour motorhome, peaceful nights sleep and pleasant views. Certainly one to return to.

Booked a table for 10 family members to have a catch up at lunchtime . When we arrived were shown to a lovely room set up for us with views over the countryside. Waitress took drinks order which was promptly served and food order taken. We all had something different so quite a lot to write down. ! Food arrived all together piping hot, presented very well, generous portions and everything was perfect. The silence that followed was a testament to how much we were enjoying food rather than talking ?. Some of us had a dessert which again arrived promptly and was equally delicious. Definitely recommend this place for it friendly staff, outstanding food and perfect for a larger than normal gathering. Thank you Boars Head for making it such a memorable day for all of my family

This is what I call a proper pub selling proper pub food. This was the first time we have eaten at the Boars Head? my husband had a chicken pie from the specials board and I had the fish pie from the menu?. I have to say it was the best fish pie I have ever eaten with plenty of fish inside and lovely vegetables on the side, it was a decent size ( I couldn?t eat it all ) The pie looked really lovely with plenty of filling. Also a plus for me was the food was piping hot. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome , also Olive the dog was very friendly ? We will definitely be back, Thankyou

Had a very good lunch here with a friend. My Fishermans Pie was excellent and my friend enjoyed her cold meat platter. The staff were a good combination of being friendly yet efficient. This is a good traditional pub where you can come for a beer and a natter with like minded people or dine. We were in the bar with a great atmosphere although it was a bit noisy and difficult to hear ourselves! The restaurant has amazing views and is more peaceful. Will come again.
