As someone who has not had a wax before, I thoroughly enjoyed this experience! Yuko was really lovely and put me at ease right away. The treatment itself was also very tolerable, however i do feel Yuko's amazing personality and extensive experience helped this. I hope to be back again in the future!

Incredible deep massage! Yuko was very welcoming and friendly when I arrived and continued with a warm, caring disposition throughout the beautiful massage. I had some backache and honestly felt like Yuko was doing her best to work out all the little (or large haha) knots she found there. Would reccommend 100%

Yuko is amazing, extremely professional and a very welcoming, warm and loving personality at the same time. I recently had a facial with her, which was the third time in 3 month and each time I've felt like a new person afterwards. Yuko created such a relaxing atmosphere in her studio and is tuning into what you need very genuinely and empathetically. The first treatment I had was just before my wedding, when I was rather stressed out and tense. Not only was my skin lovely and glowing afterwards, but I was so much more calm, relaxed and happy - as if I'd been just back from a holiday in the sun! I've recommended Yuko to my friends and will be going back regularly, it's such a treat every time!
