We went for a viewing with Tracy for a lovely property and were told we were the first to view it and one of firsts to apply. When we got sent the application form, it just asks to follow a template of questions/information the landlord needs to know about us, therefore, we give all information asked for and sent it immediately.After chasing the agency via emails for an update as for if we had been approved for the property, we were told it had been let to someone else which is absolutely fine, what isn?t okay is the reasoning they gave us and admitted to.We were curious as to why we didn?t get the property as we were first in, had offered to pay more than what was asked every month, had a higher combined salary than what was needed and met all the requirements, therefore, we called the agency. (I?m aware agencies and landlords decide on their tenants in different ways but this one was very unjust)Tracy answered the phone and explained the reason it was given to the other people was because, in their application, they had stated why they wanted to property. This is unfair and it doesn?t give all applicants the same opportunity as that was never asked in the application form. If it had been asked, I would have written an essay as to why I wanted the property but we weren?t given that opportunity. We then asked Tracy if the people who had got the flat had offered put in a higher offer and we were told that they hadn?t. So all in all, the agency/landlord have based their decision off of someone stating why they like the flat. If that?s what they base they?re choices off of, they should give every applicant the same opportunity.As we were expressing our disappointment with the whole situation, Tracy keeps speaking over me and then proceeds to put the phone down on me because I asked her to let me finish speaking.Do not rent from this agency! Unprofessional, discriminatory, unorganised and just pure awful.

I have just let my property through Your move Brighton. The service was exceptional and I was kept very well guided throughout the process. The team was fantastic and Evan was always available to answer any questions I had and provide reassurance. I would recommend Your move to any Landlords looking to let and have their property managed.

I recently let a property with the help of Tracy from Your move. After having some horrible experiences with other letting agencies over the past few years, I was really surprised with how friendly Your Move was. Tracy answered all my questions and concerns in a quick and efficient manner. I've truly never met any letting agency who make you feel cared for and not seen as just a way to make more money. Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service and no sincerity whatsoever.Property Management, will delay repairs etc... without so much of an apology.The contractors they use, are rude and unprofessional.Couldn't wait to move out and hand back the keys.

New tenant to the area renting a three bed. Very smooth process from start to finish , from being greeted at the viewing through to signing contracts. When I was able to move into the property it was impeccably clean and ready to move into ! Good communication and very prompt with replying when assistance needed would highly recommend.
