Price mark-up is odd in there. Nice stock. Staff don't really approach you and ask you if you need any help. Built in post office if you need that service it's there for you.

Matt and Lesley were really calm n helpful when the machine ate my card. Churchill Square, Brighton. All my fault. Put card in cash slot. Another helpful staff member called Matt while I panicked. Thanks guys!!

I flicked quickly through a newspaper (1MIN) when I was told by the manager/senior staff member ? to stop reading the paper. When I put the paper down and left the shop immediately he shouted after me 'Have a nice day'.I had approached the same person some time ago about some information about a foreign title magazine that used to be on display there and no longer is. The only information he gave me was 'Those foreign magazines are doing my head in. 'It is not so much what was said but the way it was said was hurtful and embarrassing. I will not frequent this store in future.
