Always along wait for the prescription even if you give them two days to ready it. If the order is incomplete they done tell you. Then there is the statutory twenty minutes to check your prescription. It's quicker for me to drive past them and go to Tesco at Holmbush, my prescription is always ready ( they text me ) hardly any waiting and drive home.

I rarely write bad reviews, but my recent experience with a member of the staff there was horrible and caused me a lot of alarm and distress.
I went to the pharmacy to collect a prescription (as I have done before). When I handed it to the girl behind the counter she looked and said they might have to order it. Few minutes later came back doubting the legitimacy of my prescription. She said she couldn't read the meds (which she did in the beginning) and they were supposed to be in CAP letters?!?!
Asked me to go back to hospital and get a new one (it took me a month to get hold of a doc and a prescription-not GP).
Luckily, I went to TESCO and got my prescription within a day.
I will never go back there again and I wouldn't recommend to anyone going there as the staff have no idea of what customer service actually means.

Absolutely appalled by the way this pharmacy is being managed. The decision by the area manager to force the pharmacist to leave, rather than supporting them, shows a complete disregard for the community. The last pharmacist was always knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. It?s a shame to see such an essential service disrupted due to poor management decisions. I hope the head office takes note and starts prioritising the needs of their customers and staff.

So annoying horrid service. I had an appointment for Covid jab at 15:15. I work in the RSCH hospital which is 7 miles away. I took half day off to get my jab. When I reached there, the counter girl told me that the pharmacist was not available today. In fact they do not have any pharmacist for a few days now. Such an irresponsible pharmacy this could be. Quite natural this will appoint incompetent people. They should have informed me even an hour ago. I shouldn?t have come. Last reminder email I received from NHS is in the morning. The girl was so rude & indecent she didn?t say a single sorry to me for their actions. I will never go there again in my life. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Disgusting customer service and incorrect information!!! In complete shock after the way the pharmacist and 2 members of staff treated me over the phone today. Understand staff are stressed but no need to take it out on their customers who are just trying to understand what risks/side effects medication may have.
Was so impressed by this pharmacy when i first started going but since a change of staff the last couple of years its just gone downhill. Every time I'm there I see people complaining and staff have zero empathy or compassion for the customers. People are ill and need help.. not to be treated so poorly and make stressful times even worse. Do better.. horrible way to treat people.

Ive had a complete nightmare with this pharmacy. They rarely answet the phone. Ive been 3 times to collect prescriptions only to get home to find sonething missing . By the time i did find out where the medication was it was too late. I won't be using them again. Short staffed is not good enough

Rang for prescription update. Phone rang for 30 minutes, no one picked up. Rubbish service!

I was shocked when my husband came back from collecting my prescription yesterday at 11:30, prescribed that morning over the phone by Dr Webber to help with symptoms of an inner ear infection, that he was told "but it only came through this morning". Im not entirely sure if they understand the meaning of medicine and people need it asap. How long are they expecting us to wait to get our medicine?
