Having had several terrible experiences with the chemist local to me I decided to move to Well pharmacy in the hopes that they were better. I have several repeat prescriptions and limited mobility so getting out is difficult. What a breath of fresh air! I get a text once they are ready and it takes minutes to get served and with good customer service as well. Thank you for renewing my faith and making something that was a worry each month into a stress free transaction.

Rude, unhelpful and obnoxious staff. Was left queuing (in a queue of 5/6 people) with no help, nobody looked up and there were 3/4 staff there. When asked why nobody was serving the lady looked at me with a filthy look and carried on chatting with a colleague and laughing. This place needs closing down.

Disgusted at this pharmacy. They put off people who need medicine including my elderly parents. Keep saying come back tomorrow when they walk to get their medicine. My father had terminal cancer and needed pain medicine and they kept saying it's not ready were short staffed and now putting my elderly mother off saying it's all in boxes we haven't sorted it out yet come back tomorrow when she's been waiting nearly a week. Not good enough. sort it out.

Double-check the prices.
I've had multiple issues with pricing at this pharmacy. This is now the fourth time I've been charged a higher price at the register than what was displayed on the shelves. It's frustrating to have to go back and forth to get the correct price. Make sure to double-check the prices before you pay.

For the second time my Covid jab has been cancelled a matter of a few hours before , despite booking a month or so before! They never order vaccines for anything in time and cancel most appointments most of the time. Just see all the other similar comments to mine. Go elsewhere always! One star not deserved but least I could give here!

I had a doctors appointment on a Friday so thought that Monday would be a good time to pick up my prescription, when I arrived they told me they had received my prescription however had only just ordered it but it should be there the next day. I left them my number so that they could alert me when my prescription had arrived, 3 days go by and I hear nothing so I go to see if they have it but just forgot to tell me... still not there! this time I'm told to call around to other pharmacies to see if they have it. Unbelievable! It has almost been a week and I am still prescriptionless farting around trying to get it!
