The lack of vegan Ginsters pasties, and the fact they are so often out of interesting vegan cheeses is disappointing. Plus, their end of the day, prices to buy items on the use by date, are barely any less than the usual prices.
Friendly staff though.

The big issue Guy outside would like to be offered water by staff odd times but 0 times is. Not even spoken to. Otherwise the colleagues aren't as talkative to customers as they used to be

Good store, usually well stocked.
They are getting better with their vegan and plant based alternatives.
There are often some great offers and discounts.
The store is not always the cleanest and sometimes staff are hard to find when help is needed.

The Big Issue seller outside the shop is consistently rude and makes me feel uncomfortable every time I enter the shop.

I'm new to Hove and needed to find a big supermarket like Waitrose. With Google Maps assistance, I was able to walk and find it. It's a well-stocked store with everything I needed. Highly recommend.
