As women this place made me emotional, from the outside amazing guy called Will on the little cars to the people behind the desks in the shop excellent customer service , the best I had in the last few years. They answered all my questions no once I felt judged by my lack of knowledge in the matter, they helped me see everything and Will just volunteered to help. Thank you and keep it up with this service

Tucked away in the North Laines of Brighton it is a bit like a tardis. Plenty of parking but no HGV access.
Great friendly and knowledgeable staff and good range of products, especially joinery. Paint mixing. The branch got a community feel, no matter if customer National or local Builder /Developer or DIY. Most staff like Jude, Zoe and Andy been there for decades. They are brilliant arranging next day materials deliveries via bigger local Travis branches when HGV and crane-off needed.

After years of buying wood from the DIY usual suspects I checked Travis Perkins wood prices online. Amazed at the difference. They will even loan you a saw if you need to cut it down to size to transport it home. Staff are friendly here with an adequate carpark. If you've never been here you wouldn't know it was here. Top marks for Prices, Service, Products, Location and Parking.
