“I booked a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia through them (and they were kind enough to split my flights on return so I could stop over in Singapore for a couple of days).Honestly, I have no complaints about them, their helpfulness, communications or support.the local agency in vietn (Asian trails) was also fantastic. I visited Hanoi, Hoi An, got to make a bamboo souvenir, ho chi Minh city (a tour on a vespa for food and drinks which honestly was amazing and I wish I'd been able to do it in more cities) and then 3 days along the Mekong Delta with Leo which was amazing.Mother Cambodia leg was great, but in comparison a little sloppier (although arguably the hotels were far more luxurious). But the opportunity to not have to worry about connections, flights, getting from the airport and just the highlights was amazing.This trip had originally been planned for pre covid and I was going to organise it all, but ended up going 2023 and on my own so to have someone that has organised everything and will do it to what you want is amazing!I'm already looking at them for other tours!”

“It is so good to have a proper advice shop staffed by human beings where you can get advice & bus timetables. Long may it stay! So many towns & cities (including my own city of Birmingham), have no such facility. If you can't afford a smartphone or data, or a computer, you are stuck. Everyone should have access to travel timetables & advice!”
