Very helpful staff, quick to answer the phone, informed us of an issue arising with the Norwegian train we had booked and sorted that out for us. Everything went very smoothly. We have used Trailfinders Brighton team in the past as well, and would definitely use their service again.

The perfect place to book anything from a short European city break to a two month multi-stop worldwide tour. Staff have excellent knowledge and are super-friendly and helpful. Their reputation for protecting clients and their money is second to none. Highly recommended.

Very good travel agency, only downside is I was given a quote without explaining clearly how much time the price was fixed for and eventually price went up a bit. Generally speaking they provide good customer service

Went in to ask about flights to South America. Sadly the prices were £100 more than other outlets. Also the consultant was neither very knowlegble or friendly... Didn't seem very interested in a sale and was very uncommunicative...

I booked a holiday to California travelling down the coast by train flying into San Francisco and flying back from LA. This holiday was planned by the very helpful staff, I only gave an idea of what I wanted and a what I could afford.It was just so stress free as everything was booked before we left and exceeded expectations. They are brilliant. They found me a good deal in the first place, then when my trip was cancelled due to the pandemic, they were fantastic. Kept in touch, full refund, and brilliant customer service at every stage. In a time when the travel industry Is having a hard time, and travellers are also having a hard time, they have been faultless. I will definitely use them as soon as I can travel again!
