I came into Toni and guy the other day for my first balayage colour service with them only to find out I had accidentally booked the wrong service online!However, Dan my stylist for the appointment was absolutely incredible, he arranged his appointments for the afternoon so that he could fit me in and I am so grateful for it. I am over the moon with the results as I naturally have very dark curly hair and it has come out quite ginger in the past with balayage but Dan managed to work his magic and bring out the loveliest light colour. Everyone is so attentive and really listens to what you want out of your haircut/colour. I cannot recommend this salon enough to you, Dan if you?re reading this, thank you again!Services: Curly hair

My haircut was redone after my first complaint. First I would like to thank management of the company for paying attention to my complaint and for offering me a new haircut with another hairdresser. It was done professionally and I am pleased with the result. Thank you

I had a cut from Joe and it really is great. He listens to what you ask for and is a very precise cutter. Lovely friendly and calm atmosphere in the salon. Very pleased with my visit. Thank you

Colourist and stylist were excellent as usual. Saxon, the girl who did my hair treatment and head massage was very good and very pleasant. Unfortunately, the blonde girl at the desk was abrupt and moody, which is unusual to find in this salon, in my experienceServices: Hair glossing

Sven was rude from the moment I met him for a consultation which was meant to be for Shelby, he was throwing things around behind the till shouting at the speakers.. felt very uncomfortable. Despite being super friendly and flexible to him, spoke dismissively back and spoke to other clients about me whilst I was standing there- the rudeness was quite shocking actually.. the hair cut by joe was nice though. They also over charged me by £40. I just paid it as I wanted to leave the toxicity of it all?Service: Hair highlighting

Tried to ring but no answer all day with promises of a call back which I didn?t get until the evening. Tried to book again on this call but as I did not have a card (I use applepay) she would not take my booking and I was led back with a link to an overly complicated website. Have to type what you want in search bar - haircut - not found??told you have to type ?bespoke haircut?. Eventually got there, went to the salon and it was booked for tomorrow rather than today. Overly complicated when all I wanted was a haircut. A complete waste of time and ended up at. Barber up the road which incidentally was very good! Answering the phone would be a start?.

I arrived earlier and I saw the guy with who I booked since two months going with someone else 10 minutes before my treatment and I knew at that moment that I won?t have the hair dresser that I booked with . Which they should have warned me cause instead of paying £73 I had to pay 103 for a hair cut .The hair dresser I had was really nice and professional I like my hair but I?m honestly disappointed for paying 103 for that and not being told that I won?t have to guy that required

I booked a colour for the day before my holiday with plenty of notice. 2 days before I was advised that the stylist was not avaliable. I booked another stylist only to be called the day before saying I needed a colour test 48 hours before. I have had a colour here before and now have no time to book elsewhere.Awful service, and no thought for my circumstances. I DO NOT recommend you book here!
