The wors Internet, custom service and phone , Internet don't work ,people from custom service after you sign the contract don't even talk to you, You will send to call to India where people no even speak English properly , I have problem with the phone no one cares, all rubbish I made big mistake

Came to the Brighton store and met this guy who had a big smile on his face, Zac the store manager. He was very nice, helpful and had so much patience for me. I will come back in and get myself sorted. I recommend this store to anyone looking for great service.

A big thank you to Sara the customer adviser at three for her fantastic help and patience with my new phone. As a new customer to smart phones I could have not chosen a nicer person to assess me. She is a very nice young lady and I highly recommend her to anyone who comes to the store in churchill square. She's helped with confidence going forward in using the phone immensely.

Very good customer service. Although I had some problems with my Sim, Lauren was able to talk me through it and get it all sorted in person.
