I recently made a purchase of an Honor Magic 6 Handset from your store. Unfortunately, there were several miscommunications and issues that arose during the process.
Firstly, I was informed by the salesperson, Aidan, that certain managers in the store have sales targets and that my purchase would contribute to one of these targets. Additionally, Aidan stated that the store does not typically keep this particular handset in stock due to its newness and that it would need to be mailed to my address. I was also informed that Royal Mail would be the delivery service used. However, it was actually DPD that attempted to deliver the package. DPD only delivers from Monday to Friday, and there is no nearby depot where I could collect undelivered packages.
Upon returning to the store to seek assistance, I found that no one was willing to help me. The manager, Kaygley, seemed disinterested and unresponsive, ignoring me for an extended period of time while attending to her staff. She also provided conflicting information, stating that the store does keep stock of the handset I purchased but that it had likely sold out. When I mentioned that I would be contacting the Communication Ombudsman, she dismissively told me to go ahead.
Overall, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing, and the communication throughout the process was inadequate. ?????

I cannot be more disappointed with this service. I canceled it a month ago because I am leaving the country in a few days, and the return bag never arrived. This is the sixth time that I have called them in the last two weeks, asking for it, and all they say is that they have already ordered the return bag for the third time and it will be arriving in four working days, without giving me any other solution. How can I trust that this will happen if I have called six times for the same thing? The worst part is that if I do not return the device, they will charge me 100 pounds, and it is not my fault that their service is awful and ineffective. I am in serious trouble, spending my last days trying to fix this, which I did not expect when doing the cancellation in advance. Now I would need to call from my country and continue coordinating this, which is a mess. Thank you for nothing.

As a three customer on sim-only plan, the return policy is very unclear and they said it I purchased a brand new phone from them there is no return policy from store. I check their return policy online word for word and it says they are 14 day return policy, however the merchant at three says otherwise. if a customer is ready to put down the full retail
Value and have no return or exchange policy must be illegal.

So difficult to get anything done, they overcharged me for months with an add-on which I couldn't cancel through the website. Spent 30 mins in a chat cancelling it and it still wasn't cancelled. Waste of time, even if the prices were good, which they aren't

Brilliant service in the Three store. I came in as advised to replace my sim card, and not only did that fix my problem but I also managed to save money on all of my accounts too! Brilliant customer service and would recommend them to anyone, all the staff were so friendly and nice to me, especially the young woman who helped me! 10/10 service with a smile!!!

I went in asking for a sim card. Stating that only needed it for two weeks. The next day, I noticed that I had not had my original sim card returned. This has all my banking details on it and as I live abroad I can't do anything about it. Apparently, the mistake was made by a manager and I barely got an apology.

I bought a pay-as-you go SIM card a few weeks back and only activated it last week on one phone but needed to use it in a different phone. However, the SIM had been corrupted and was not working. As I went into the Three Store on Western road, the Three Customer Specialist, named Pip, was very helpful and went the extra mile to help me. I truly appreciate this gesture and I was able to walk out of the Three store satisfied and with the possibility to use the SIM. Thank you and all the best, Pip.

I bought a Wi-Fi router one week ago and Wasn?t working probably and I went back to the store because the Wi-Fi was locked how they said and they unlocked after still didn?t work. So went back to them to the store because I didn?t want anymore and they said the cable was fake and we can?t return the router back and still we have it and doesn?t work worst customers services

Hi,I want to write my experience in this store three they sell to me a 3-4g router ef,and this never works right,I try to take them back because they said we have 30 days the right to return them if for any reason not working,
Then never accept to cancel our direct debit and the manager brings a lots of problems and west 3 days time and 4 days 3 ours there .Lauren is the most bad service there and the manager same
