Writing this review on behalf of my partner, Sarah who is dictating this review. Have visited this branch several times and have always had great experiences. Nicole is so lovely and really friendly as well as giving great advice. The finish of the tan is perfect and skin feels really smooth after. Am now buying the packages as works out better value.Service: Spray tanning

I've been an on/off customer for over 2 years now and I can say without any hesitation that thanks to the team working there I don't feel like I'm going to a place that provides a paid service but more like I'm visiting friends. Not to mention that my tan has never looked better...

The door handle nasty sticky. Corners of the room with months of dirt. Entrance to sunbed gunky with dirt. Sunbed control broke nothing worked. Measuring device imprinted with someone else's skin and dirty too. Stuff on the walls plus the glass dividers had stuff squirted on and prints of other people. Floor sticky too. Couldn't wait to get home to shower. Sunbed too hot no air couldn't control anything, completely broken control unit. This is after they've advertised a deep clean. The girl from east europe/ she been there a while Has always a angry look on her face; never in the 2 years I've going there... has she EVER said anything nice or the slightest costumer service minded!!! Not sure why she still there!!??? The other girls always had a smile or friend way of serving the costumers
