Their WiFi doesn't work nor can you get a signal inside to utilise the extortion prices they call club card prices so rather just put everything back and use Iceland across the road.
Tesco are acting as if they're M&S yet can't even give customers a clean toilet to use. Good job Iceland is across the road and Sainsbury's is a 5 minute drive away

Most recent visit during work, I was helped by a lovely staff member, a man with a Scottish accent working in the frozen isle (unsure of his name but very kind and helpful). I also asked an older female member of staff.
There was a very unwell man who had serious health conditions and required urgent medical attention. The staff there acted quickly, efficiently, empathically. They immediately sought out medically trained professionals to the scene while battling to get an ambulance.
My experience of this store is positive, impressed.
The store itself; the food isles, were well stocked and displayed, easy access throughout, helpful attentive staff, clean, fantastic variety, good competitive prices, well detailed information on packaging.
Would recommend this store to everyone.

Went to portslade branch on this afternoon (Tuesday) and was not impressed with the lack of customer service. Some incompetent member of staff put a whole line of product on the wrong place; in front of a yellow offer label. The manager refused to honour the price in front of the product. Will definitely be shopping at Aldi instead as they have much better customer service

Myself, family and friends are sick and tired of the numerous charity collection people they always have in the lobby and inside as you go in, they are on you as soon as go into the shop and when you are leaving it makes you feel intimidated and awkward to refuse to give money to them, please tescos people only want to shop not be made to feel awful each time they do, plus there is usually a really annoying big issue seller woman outside who will not let you walk past her without begging you to buy the paper.

Has nearly everything you'd need, good selection and rarely have to go to big Sainsbury's for more specialist items. No price gouging too like some other smaller branches of high street supermarkets.

I've use this shop since it open a very long time ago. Unlike the Aldi's up the road where I've had many problems and since have stopped going there. This Tesco as with all the Tesco's I've used has been a very pleasant shopping experience.

Usually a good shop but I had a bad experience today. I?m 23 and have visible tattoos yet was IDed for an energy drink, minimum age 16. I look my age and just wanted a nice drink to get me through my late shift but was denied it as I didn?t bring ID. This jobsworth with no common sense ruined my day.
