Horrendous experience. Zero star should be available for that one. I was "served" by a teenager who 1) didn't say hello nor "can I help?" so i didn't even know when he was ready 2) no thank you or good bye when I paid and left 3) when I mentioned to him that customers don't mind a bit of politeness all he did was throwing a grin. Being young / inexperienced is not an excuse. It only takes you 1 minute, literally 1 minute to teach new staff how to show a minimum or respect to customers. If they don't do it for pleasure they should do it for your sales and reviews at least no? Will never return to that Tesco and as little as possible to Tesco in general. Lack of professionalism is bad, lack of respect is unacceptable.

This is the scam they do. They place so called club card prices and hide the real prices. Everything costs more at the till.

There are 8 card self checkouts with no option to pay cash, can you please install ONE cash checkout.
Every time I have to line up for the counter - wait for staff, wait for people to be sold alcohol or cigarettes. I just want to pay cash without a huge delay.

Quick self-check out supermarket with friendly and helpful assistants. Grocery items prices also were cheaper than in my home country, Mongolia.

Seems they pick and choose their opening or closing times! It should close at 11pm on a Sunday and I went at 10:20pm and it was closed with staff cleaning inside and only saying they closed early! I was one of 3 customers outside the door at this time being told to go away.If this isn?t the problem you wait ages for any issue on self service tills, they don?t always cover their barcode if you buy a reduction so you pay full price, and the music in there at times is similar to a nightclub
