Staff are very hostile and unwelcoming. As someone who ordered for collection online instead of having to look around in that store, I went to go ask if I can collect my order earlier since the website had already told me it was in store. I had already started my sentence with ? I know I?m a bit early? to a staff before I was rudely cut off by another staff member telling me ?no? really rudely. She told me I had to wait for another email which I already knew because I am capable of reading and had come to ask if I can pick it up a bit earlier when it was already in store and I had seen they were not serving any customers. But instead they were so hostile and dismissive and didn?t even hear out what I was trying to say, the worst part is she did give it to me earlier so I don?t understand why the attitude was there in the first place. I definitely won?t be returning to this Superdrug because the staff clearly don?t want us in there.

Rude ,rude and rude.Unhelpful ,unbothered and like you are interrupting a private meeting.Carrying on talking to each other when they can see you waiting. It has happened so many times have now promised myself never to return.

I just wanted to leave a review for this Superdrug branch because the team here truly deserves some recognition.
I find this store to be the friendliest ? you?re always welcomed with a smile, and the staff are consistently kind and helpful.
It genuinely makes a difference to be greeted so warmly when you walk through the door.
The store itself is always clean and well-organised, with shelves that are neatly stocked, which makes shopping here a breeze.
The till staff are lovely too ? friendly, efficient, and never rushed, even when it?s busy.
Retail workers don?t always get the credit they deserve. They deal with so much pressure behind the scenes, including the tough reality of shoplifting and theft, yet they still show up with great attitudes and professional service.
So, a big shout out to the team at Superdrug London Road ? thank you for your hard work and for making every visit such a pleasant experience. It doesn?t go unnoticed!

Today I went to get some make-up and met Joe/Giuseppe and he was amazing super friendly, lovely and chatty. Perfect customer service. He really knows how to WOW the customers ????

I always feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome by the staff when I come into the London Road store. This is my local Superdrug so I come in quite a lot but I'm always made to feel like a criminal or as if I'm doing something wrong? I've never even considered stealing in my life but every time I come in I can see the staff looking disgusted at me and talking on their headsets, following me and pressuring me. It makes me uncomfortable and dread coming in, I will probably be going to Boots in town from now on :(

The people performing piercings at Superdrug are NOT professionals. They do not understand anatomy, do not use the correct jewellery & use piercing guns which cause trauma to the area they are piercing and are NOT sterile. You are at great risk for infection & multiple issues.
