My mum accidentally brought the blue Vaseline instead of the coco one and when I tried to help her replace it, the owner refused to because it was ?used? even though they sold us a USED Vaseline. Next time tape your vasoline or something because I should not have to take responsibility for someone else using YOUR products. Disgusting hygiene

everyone was lovely at the tills but one girl (red hair?) i asked about a pencil sharpener was kinda incompetent. i was trying to explain that the pencil i bought from this store is in a hard plastic material and i was looking for a proper sharpener cause the one i have at home ruined it completely and she was trying to convince me it wasn?t a plastic pencil and that i was just doing it wrong lol seemed like she just wanted to cut the convo short. apart from this everyone else is always lovely

Used the superdrug in Churchill Square as doing xmas shop in town & bits for myself.
Needed t/brush heads & so confusing on range bt Anna helped me read all the small writing on the packages & was lovely.
Then went to perfume area where Joy informed me of various new offers....i purchased my husbands fave & then Trinity came over & wrapped it for me!
I would highly recommend this branch of Superdrug..excellent attentive service & made my shop a pleasure.

Very poor customer service by the girl at the perfume counter yesterday Sunday 24th September at 2,40pm.
After buying more than £100 in perfumes and still want to buy few more I heard a comment by her saying ?he is not worth it? after asking to smell another fragrance.
I didn?t return all the perfumes already bought only thanks to her colleague that he was actually who started serving us and very polite and helpful.
SOME PEOPLE ARE NOT THANKFUL FOR THE JOB THAY THEY HAVE AND FORGETTING THAT NOWADAYS EVERYONE CAN BUY ONLINE MAKING SHOPS CLOSING DOWN SO LET MANY PEOPLE LOOSING THEIR JOBS.
SOMEONE FROM THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD HAVE A MEETING WITH THIS GIRL TO EXPLAIN IT.
