We went into Subway a little less than a hour ago and the service was horrible. Don?t get me wrong, i love subway but the customer service here ruined my meal. When we first got in, he was on his phone while the tables were unclean. While ordering you could physically see that he was unbothered. While my mum finished ordering, it was my turn but at this point there were 3 other people in the queue. As we had got there first, I expected nothing more than patience, but no. When i came to say what i would like he literally told me ?be quick because there are other people in the store? i felt rushed and put most the things i wanted. Along side this the other people were perfectly fine with waiting and they were trying to decide too. This has NOT been the only time we have felt rushed because my mum has been in the store before and eventually left without ordering since it was bad. Honestly don?t understand why someone can?t wait enough for their customers to decide?

Located at London roads it's maintained clean and tidy .. they have subs of 6 and 12 inches .. chicken tuna, veggies and various breads are the options .. all subs are served with fresh veggies and sauces . I opted for Tuna sub with Italian bread and herbs.. the bread was toasted with Tina fillings and cheese slices . Later was filled with fresh veggies consisting lettuce, onion tomato, olives, jalapeno, etc . The sauces I chose was chipotle and ceaser which complimented my sub very well .. overall a good experience..

Love this place, Best subway in Brighton with the best staff, absolutely adore Yogi and Maneesh, they are the most welcoming people and make a great sandwich, 10/10 would recommend!

Love Yogi and Maneesh, they?re always friendly and polite. My friends and I are in a lot and they know our orders by heart. Great service from great guys.
It?s always clean and tidy, though it?s not as comfortable as it was before the re-fit.
Vegetarian options: The plant patty is good, they also have vegan cheese. The staff change their gloves between touching meats/cheeses and anything else
