Don?t have anything served in their cups as they are not washed properly! Disappointing! You can see someone else?s lipstick marks on a washed cup! Never going there again!

My daughter & I regularly use the Churchill square shop, as we meet up for coffee & a chat.
We took our coffee upstairs, I need to use the ladies be fore leaving, it was locked & I had to go downstairs & get the code, which is very annoying,I am 76, & did not need to have to do this just to be able using the ladies!
The pleasant young lady tried to verbally give the code, but over the noise of the coffee machine I was unable to hear her, she had to write it down.
When I eventually got into the toilet, a tight squeeze as the door opens onto the toilet. The sanitary bin was over flowing onto the floor, at 10am in morning. There is only cold water to wash your hands & no liquid soap!
Very poor! Sort this out Starbucks.
There are plenty of other places in Brighton to go, & in future, we will.

The coffee is what you know, the kids at the counter are doing their best, they could probably use a bit more training and confidence since when my card didn't work they all stayed quiet talking to each other until I checked back in to retrieve it, but other than that they are doing well with what they are given!

Slow service much of the time

Two times in a row (couple of months apart) I was told they couldn't do Frappuccinos (the second time said they had no mixture, not sure why the first time). Very disappointing because it's my favourite drink. This is the only Starbucks I've had this issue with. Coffee/iced coffee itself was fine. Staff are fine.
Closing times are confusing, sometimes 7pm, sometimes 8.

Customer service is not good when I ask coffe they didn?t scan my Starbucks points I was told they said I can?t help it and she?s eating on the counter when I?m ordering and no hello are hi and I have asked her water given me no asking ice and off glass and coffee also given me off cup and not taste like Starbucks standard iam really upset with cleaning as well every where in the store dirty look the pictures

Something is seriously wrong when you're paying over £10 for a crappy bacon ceaser wrap, crisps and a drink. Could have got this for £3.50 with my co-op members card. Coffee was average. Prefer Costa. Ceaser wrap was poor. Very little sauce/dressing. Again, super market caeser wraps are better with more filling. Won't be visiting again.

This is the Worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
6 Staff members in total.. not serving or making coffees just standing chatting behind the counter.
Tables dirty as no one has cleaned up their mess.
Floor dirty and sticky.
Two staff members standing outside the front door smoking cigarettes as we came through.
Not Just a One off as this is our second visit and it was the same the first time but thought maybe they had been busy.. clearly not!

Convieniently located Starbucks across the road from Churchill Square. This one can get very busy, there was very few seats on the ground floor, but the upstairs has additional seating which (at the time) was very quiet, with only a few people in it.
The tables were clean and each one has plug sockets and USBs which was nice. Staff are friendly. The toilets are located upstairs and didn't have a code, which were clean. Very positive experience :)
