The moment one enters the store.. v r made to feel special.. a warm welcome is followed by proper guidance and service here.. the opticians and all staff working here have great knowledge and always make us feel comfortable during various tests.. they have a very good collection of frames and contact lenses.. amazing experience..

had a bit of a rocky start with Specsavers on North Street, Brighton, due to some communication issues between the store and the labs. However, thanks to the perseverance and excellent service of the assistant manager on site, everything turned around. They kept me updated every step of the way about my glasses, offered me replacement contact lenses while I was waiting, and made sure the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. In the end, I'm really pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

Very good only problem the fellas sales tactics on getting my glasses thinned were mega off saying my lenses could pop out all bs I wasn?t born yesterday but I?m not one to moan!

My husband has worn hearing aids for a few years now. For the last few times, his experience of getting cones and tubes changed has left him frustrated, as the staff member seemed to fob him off with the wrong size, which never sat properly in his ear. Today, Rebecca made that difference, because she did a perfect change, and I have a very happy husband! Thank you Rebecca for listening, and for excellent customer service.

Wait time way too long, even though I had booked a slot. My child?s eye test was totally compromised as by the time he was seen he was too aggregated from waiting so long to do the test properly. Such a waist of time.
