I visited today for a hearing appointment I was greeted at the door by a polite young man and asked to take a seat, soon after a very nice woman came and took me to the room and carried out the procedure. Everything was explained to me clearly and I was very pleased with the result. Highly recommend!

I've been going to the Specsavers in Brighton for over 10 years now. I have always had a really pleasant experience and found the staff to be friendly and willing to assist. They do get really busy but I feel they manage this well. I have no desire to change opticians and would definitely recommend Specsavers in Brighton.

Bad customer service. I was not relayed all info. And when I went to talk to the manager she didnâ??t understand me well as her English was not good and mixed up what I was trying to explain to her. Definitely donâ??t recommend.

Extremely helpful staff, I had trouble after eyedrops and their after care was superb. The place is clean and run efficiently . Wouldnâ??t change my opticians for anything ð???

Firstly, the opticians side cannot be faulted; when I first went with there with someone for contact lenses they could have not been more helpful, friendly, and professional. The audiology side though, were the exact opposite. Needing my ears de waxed the opticians said to contact them for that as well, as the NHS wait was too long. So far so good, it all boded well with this guy, then it all went pear shaped when I tried to book.

This was very busy, but they gave my mother a most thorough health check for her eyes and identified a problem. You have to pay £25 for the health check and it isn't the standard eye test, but it was much better than waiting in casualty! Pleasant staff.

The other people that work within Specsavers are lovely - very accommodating and helpful however I totally understand that it has been the Christmas Holidays and itâ??s taken 3 weeks to get my glasses however the â??retail managerâ? was very very rude the other day went I went in to ask if they might have been ready earlier - instead of actually listening to me talk he spoke over me and was very patronising he didnâ??t even bother to ask my name to even look into if they may have been ready.

Needed a closer establishment for the replacement of my driving glasses. Very friendly staff that were willing to help.
Parking is a little difficult as it is pedestrianised. I will use a Specsavers again.

Excellent customer service from all members of staff. My visiting mum had a problem with her hearing aids so we went in to discuss. Although her problem was a bit complicated and couldn't be sorted while staying here, the gave suggestions and were very helpful.

Very attentive staff that truly want to do their best for their clients. They showed so much care and gave help and advice to my teenage son who is struggling with self image and his need for fulltime glasses.

Great customer service, and a very broad range of prescription glasses frames. Raquel was friendly, patient, and made sure that I was provided with the best frame to suit my lenses/prisms. The golden ticket I received when picking up my glasses was a nice surprise and allowed me to get a fair discount on my prescription sunglasses. Definitely recommend it!

I bought a pair of glasses from another optician in Brighton â?? an awful experience! â?? and dropped them whilst shopping, so I came into this Specsavers as it was nearby. It was very crowded in there (it was Saturday) and initially I was concerned about how long it would take. There seemed to be too few staff for the footfall, but all the staff I interacted with were great and were doing their best under the circumstances. The manager, Suzanna, greeted me warmly and assured me that my glasses could be fixed and put me at my ease. She made sure I was kept informed of wait times and after only 20 minutes guided me to a member of her team, a young girl with glasses who did an excellent job adjusting my glasses. Despite seeming to have a lot of tasks to do, Suzanna ensured she was on hand to give guidance to the young lady who was helping me when it was needed, despite how busy it was and how short-staffed they were. Itâ??s very rare to find someone who doesnâ??t get flustered and let such a situation turn into chaos. Iâ??ll certainly be coming back.
