Excellent roast. Really good greens, gravy and roast potatoes. We've recently been to the pub that one Brighton's best roast last year, and this blew it out of the water. Love this pub! Really recommend the feta and garlic chips they are AMAZING! Great atmosphere with such good music! Always sun in the pub garden (which is hard to find in Brighton) lovely bar staff, all so kind and helpful! Normally a dog to pet in the garden too!Food: 5/5

Beautiful, old pub offering a great beer and spirit collection alongside the brilliant HUMBLE PLATES kitchen with proper pub grub and roasts. It has one of the prettiest beer gardens in Brighton town centre; perfect for those summer evenings, with an, equally cosy interior, ideal for winter roasts!
