Today, after I finished work, I broke the key in my padlock for my e scooter and was in a panic and getting distressed. I went to your Brighton branch, praying that they could help.
The customer service assistant, John Paul, was amazing and told me not to worry and he would sort it out for me with bolt cutters and a new padlock. He checked the stock and found what would be a good match for me.
John Paul could see how panicked and distressed I was - I was almost in tears - and he went above and beyond to help.
I would like the manager of the store to know this and for him/her to give praise and recognition to John Paul for everything he did to help me in my time of urgent need. I am so very grateful for all his help and felt that this needed to be passed on to the manager. If I could give 100 stars, I would!

I was going to order some little decorating bits online from Amazon. The results also listed ebay and screwfix. I realised that I could walk there myself in twenty minutes, go into a real building with real people and products in it, pay with money, leave, walk home and within the hour I would own the product!
Imagine not waiting for a standard 24-48 hour unnecessary delivery window (unless you pay for expensive express delivery fees) like normal civilised Internet consumers.
Ordering and paying remotely in advance is the modern definition of 'shopping'. Collecting in store from an actual person yourself with the option of a cash transaction sounds like a ridiculous system to use.
I'm totally shooketh.

We choose this Screwfix branch because the staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. In particular Johny, Duty Manager, who is exceptional. He is always prepared to go the extra mile to find solutions and make us feel valued as customers. It is because of him that we choose to return to the Kemptown branch.

As I walked into the unassuming storefront, I was struck by the unexpected beauty of what lay before me. This was no ordinary restaurant - it was a veritable paradise for those who appreciate the finer things in life, those who understand that the perfect screw can make all the difference.The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a subtle hum of excitement in the air. The walls were lined with shelves upon shelves of gleaming metal, each screw carefully arranged like a work of art. And the aroma - oh, the aroma! It was a heady mix of oil and metal, with just a hint of something sweet and exotic.
